ALICEXZ SHOP is temporarily closed to ship out our latest batch of Star Wars orders. Postcard sets preorders purchased at SWC 2023 will go out FIRST (within 1-2 days) after full set is signed by the artist. Online orders from May 4th will ship afterwards.

Any leftover merch will be made available after all current orders go out.

If you contacted customer service for any reason – please be patient for our response while we get through all the preorders, rest assured that any legitimate refund requests (duplicate order, combining shipping) will be issued within a week!
